This page explains what NickFinder.me stores when you use the site, and what it does not. Last reviewed: 11 October 2026.
No accounts, no login
NickFinder.me has no user accounts. We never ask for your name, phone number, game ID, password or payment details, and we do not offer top-ups, diamonds or game accounts.
What stays in your browser
Nicknames you save to your list and your last-used settings are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What the server records
- Name counts: when you type a name into a tool, the site may add one to an anonymous daily count for that name (for example “rahul: 12 times today”). We use these totals to decide which name pages to write. The count is not linked to your IP address or device.
- “Was this page helpful?” votes: we store the total number of Helpful and Needs-improvement votes for each page. To limit repeat voting, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically.
- Feedback notes: if you type a note in the feedback box, the text and the time it was sent are stored (the latest 300 notes) so the editorial team can read them. Please do not include personal details in a note.
- Server logs: like any website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Comments are switched off.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. The site is independent and is not affiliated with Garena, Free Fire, Instagram, TikTok, Discord or Meta.
